Media Library remembers your filters, plus a Refresh button

- Your tab, search, sort order and page are now kept in the page address. Going back from a video, reloading the page or sharing a link brings you to exactly the same view.
- A new Refresh button in the toolbar shows newly imported or uploaded media without reloading the page.
