Accessible widgets and video player

Storista widgets and the video player were reworked to meet the WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility guidelines, so more of your shoppers can browse and buy from your videos:

• Everything works with a keyboard: open videos, switch between them, pick products and close the player with Escape. Focus is clearly visible and returns to where the shopper started.
• Screen readers announce buttons, videos and products with meaningful names, and confirm when an item is added to the cart.
• Auto-scrolling carousels and stories have a pause button and stop moving for shoppers who prefer reduced motion.
• Buttons and controls meet minimum touch target sizes.
• All new labels are translated into every language the widgets support.

Your existing custom CSS keeps working — the class names and elements you style are unchanged. Colour contrast and captions on your own videos remain in your hands; automatic captions can help with the latter.
