Most Instagram videos finish processing within a few minutes of import. If one is still processing well beyond that, it usually means the source Reel is unusually long or high-resolution, or the import failed partway and needs to be retried.

Usually 1 minute; in some extreme cases, up to 5 minutes.

You can remove the stuck video and try again.

Reels from private accounts aren't supported.

Sometimes Instagram sends us a server error, and the import won't work.

If Reel was already imported, we won't re-import it again.
