If a product is tagged on a video but isn't appearing in the player, the usual causes are that the product is unavailable in the storefront's sales channel, the widget is set to show a single fixed product rather than per-video tags, or the tag was added after the widget was last published.

The product must be active and published to the Online Store sales channel. Draft and archived products will not render.

Confirm that you're testing the correct product page.
